when will my order ship?

i will do my very best to have your order (this excludes commissions) shipped out within 7 buisness day of ordering.
if there are every any changes, i will contact you to keep you updated on the changes.

note: international orders may take up to 2-6 weeks to reach you or possibly longer. depending on where you reside.


what should i do if i haven't recieved my order or it arrives damaged?

due to my lack of control after i ship the order, i can't 100% ensure that your package will not arrived damaged or get lost.  i am not responsible after the package is shipped.

however if this occurs please send me a message via email ([email protected]) with your order number and i will do my best to make you whole again.

note: if your package is damaged, please send hi-res photos of the damages, so that i can further assist you.

IF YOU DO NOT SEND PHOTOS, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE YOU WHOLE. AS I NEED PROOF OF DAMAGE.

will my order have a tracking number?

all stickers, paperdolls, and art prints will be sent out with a stamped envelope and do not come with tracking.

note: this excludes commissions which are always shipped with a tracking number
